Spear is an award winning programme
which works with 16-24 year olds from disadvantaged backgrounds to help them find work or further training. SFL is proud to work in partnership with the Resurgo to support the Spear Programme and its fund raising for the 7th year to transform St Pauls Hammersmith. This year saw the event raised over £400,000. Over the last few years, there have been many themes and creative ideas. This years theme was ‘under the sea’, The entrance to St Pauls was transformed with floating fish hanging from the ceiling of the atrium and as you entered into the church the ceiling had aquatic images projected to create the illusion of being in the sea. The evening including a wonderful 3 course dinner and heard from people whose lives had been transforming by Spear. Entertainment included Harry and Chris who provide a hilarious combination of poetry and jazz.
SFL are the preferred AV supplier at ST Pauls hammersmith, ensuring we can offer the best for the clients brief at the same time ensuring the venues integrity. Projection mapping on the ceiling gauze using a number of Canon Xeed Projectors with content driven from resolume to map content onto the gauze. For the lighting and ambience the room was lit with smartbat wireless uplighters, robe and claypaky moving lights. These also made a great dance floor party effects.
