In January 2021 Number 20 wanted to create a virtual studio in their office space of their Life Sciences client who would require a 360 production support for their companywide conference. This conference spanned across 3 weeks and across 3 global business regions. SFL were delighted to be invited back to support production for another global 2 day year wrap up conference & awards ceremony in December 2021.
The event & venue truly required a 360 turnkey production which included, curved LED Studio backdrop, Stage furniture, Broadcast Audio, Video & Camera Production, Streaming & Virtual Presenters and finally a holistic scenic transformation of the space.
The streaming solution required an interactive element which would facilitate the leadership team presenting from a number of major cities around the world. Using Vmix and our Barco Image Processing the virtual presenters were sent to the LED walls and the in room hosts interacted with them as if they were part of the in room experience throughout the event. The stream was also hosted and distributed by SFL providing a CDN network, which in effect created a redundant player allowing all stakeholders to view and host the stream wherever they were in the world.
Number 20 chose SFL due to the fact that a single supplier could provide every event production element needed and could manage all technical elements enabling them to focus on the creative and content elements of the their output.
